Location was excellent, just a short walk to the thermal pools. The big lounge made it easy for our group to hang out. The super nice team, especially Adele when she took someone to the medical center. Clean and cozy room with electric blankets, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Everything was incredible, great value for money. We went there for holidays, nicely presented hotel. The location was excellent and incredible as it was short walk from bars and cafes. Cafe Rustic Cafe and Tapa's located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Every member of staff was very amiable. The service offered was terrific👌

excellent kitchen, beautiful living room with fireplace, complimentary towels for hot pools
The rooms could benefit from a better design, especially the bathrooms which are quite cramped!!! A more spacious toilet setup would enhance comfort!!! It's unfortunate regarding the extractor fan situation causing unpleasant odors!!!

excellent, excellent, excellent
The family room was spacious and quiet, giving us restful nights after exploring the local area. The communal kitchen was perfectly equipped for our self-catering needs, and I loved that it effortlessly blended socializing while still allowing for personal space.
100% recommend 🥰🌟

I reluctantly share this review after nearly giving a good one. The walls were paper thin, meaning that every tiny sound was like a booming symphony, and the water cylinders could keep a party alive at 3 am. You'd think a little upgrade would've been a minimum courtesy for my inconvenience. But alas, just regular treatment here, apparently.

We were warmly greeted at check-in, which set a nice tone for our stay. The comfy lounge with a fireplace and the great kitchen were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a small note, the paint was peeling a bit in the bathroom, but it didn’t bother us much. I’d recommend bringing your own drinks for the kitchen!

Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed the cozy lounge, perfect for playing games. The communal kitchen was handy for preparing our own meals. We also checked out some local stalls with awesome live music by Mel Parsons and the Danny Duo. Definitely recommend this place for its comfy beds and great location near everything!
Our sleep was disturbed by a loud fire alarm practice late at night, leaving us confused and worried until we figured it out. A heads up about this would be helpful!

Clean room, helpful staff, spotlessly maintained facilities, including a well-equipped communal kitchen that was perfect for preparing meals, and convenient parking right on the premises.
No complaints whatsoever.
